The Enterprise Canvas is an organization blueprint that lists down what you do (or want to do), how you go about doing it, and how you capture value.

According to Cheewid, it allows you to have complete and clearer overview which encourages fresh perspectives and ideas about how individual business component fit together. The practice also helps to keep the team discussion more focused and aligned. To briefly summarize the benefits –

Completing this Enterprise Canvas greatly reduces the risk of failure.
