User Knowledge Canvas
The User Knowledge Canvas will help you find the blind spots in your knowledge of your user(s).
According to Creatlr using these insights you can look for specific user centred design techniques that help you improve or find the unreliable or missing user knowledge.
The canvas shows two main elements. On the left-hand side the user is represented in a circular diagram. The diagram lists various aspects of user knowledge that will be clarified later on in this tutorial. On the right-hand side you’ll find a table divided into reliable, unreliable and missing. This table will list all the user knowledge you currently have, or the missing or unreliable user knowledge you identify while filling out the canvas.
